The law of attraction is the ability to attract whatever we are focusing on in our lives . It is believed that regardless of age, nationality or religious belief, we are all susceptible to the laws which governs the universe, including the law of attraction. The law of attraction brings you whatever there in your mind.

How to Lose Weight by LOA Step by Step Guide

If there is the fact that you are slim in your brain, you will be slim. You might have heard people who say, I eat like an elephant and I am still slim. How do they manage that. Because, the dominant thought in their mind is they are slim.

On the other side, if you look at the mirror everyday and think that how you are weighty, you will be weighty all the time.

The primary focus has to be on how do you want to seem. If you want to seem slim, think that you are already slim. Don’t get in to bascule. Place on the screen of the bascule your desired weight. For example, if you want to be 60 kgs. stick there by a piece of paper that you are 60 kgs. Imagine that you are in your desired weight all the time.

If you love drawing pics or love doing graffics by your computer, draw your slim body and hang it on a place that you can see everyday. Imagine that you are in your desired weight.

If you are watching diet programs on TV., you will always hear that they are talking things you don’t have to do. However, they are rarely talk about thing you have to do. This might also stress people. However, our mind and unconscious mind has to be on the right directions what we have to do, not on the facts of what we not to do.

One more thing, imagine that you are in your desired weight with all your desires before you sleep and get up with gratefulness in the mornings.
